Chef in Residence
The Gros Morne Chef in Residence program welcomes renowned Chefs from all over the world, encouraging new culinary opportunities for the Gros Morne region. Each Chef brings with them their individual food journey, philosophy and inspiration that is often tied to the region of the world that they are from. This fusion of inspiration will hopefully lead to new ideas and business opportunities as new culinary experiences are created for visitors to Gros Morne!
While our Guest Chefs are in the region, we will introduce them to all that our communities have to offer, with a focus on restaurants, artisans, the natural wonders of the regions, other hospitality sector business and food producers.
Chef in Residence 2017
This year our Chef in Residence is Chef Frank Widmer, who will be joined by our host the Kilted Chef, Alain Bossé.
